There are two ways you can sign up, using an app or using a web browser. We’ll start with the app. Then download the Visible Phone Service App. If you’ve already received a Visible SIM card in the mail from a previous order, then hit Activate my service. If this is your first time signing up, hit Get started. If you want to buy a new phone when you sign up for Visible, click Shop new phones. Enter your information on this page and then click Create account. Then click Continue. (Yes, you probably knew that, but we said this was step by step.) If you’d like to keep your current number, then you’ll need to enter the following information in the provided fields:

Visible will use this information to port your current number to your new account. If, on the other hand, you want to get a new number, click the Wait, I want a new number button at the bottom of the screen. From here you will be taken to a screen where you can choose the first six digits of your new number. Note: If you choose to get a new number, some promotional deals may not apply to your purchase. Click on Set payment method to set it up. Once you’re ready to proceed, click the blue toggle next to I agree to the Visible Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Your SIM card (and phone, if you purchased one) will arrive in the mail soon. Just follow the instructions that come with your purchase, and you’ll have Visible Wireless phone service at your fingertips! If you want to purchase a new device from the company, then click on Buy a new one. If you want to buy a new phone, then choose the device you want to purchase from the options presented. Just click the blue Continue button. If you want to purchase a family plan (Visible calls it Party Pay), you will do this later. After you have set up your account with a single line, you can come back and add additional lines.

Be aware that certain promotional deals may not apply for those who get a new number when they sign up. Your Visible SIM Card (and phone if you ordered one) will arrive in the mail soon.
